Dental Tourism

dental turizam

Dental or stomatological tourism is a medical tourism branch involving traveling to another city or country to undergo a certain dental procedure or intervention. In short, it is a type of vacation whose primary goal is dental care but which also offers the opportunity to enjoy various tourist attractions and activities.

Advantages of dental tourism

One of the main reasons why dental tourism has experienced a boom in the past decade is the significant difference in the cost of dental services.Dental tourists, i.e., patients, can expect the highest quality dental services that are also applied in the most developed countries, all at prices that can be several times lower. These price differences are due to economic differences and different costs of living and working in different countries. It is, therefore, not surprising that people often decide to take such trips - they come to treat and beautify their teeth, and what they saved on dental treatments, they can use for vacation, sightseeing, and getting to know the country they came to. Despite all the relaxation and dental treatment, patients generally return home with some saved money compared to the amount they would have spent if they had undergone the same dental treatment in their own country.

The dental office "Estetika Dent" offers all services in implantology,, periodontology, orthodontics, and prosthodontics,, as well as all types of accommodation and transportation from and to the airport for all foreign patients. And in the meantime - enjoy the charms of Novi Sad, the European capital of culture!

Novi Sad Novi Sad is the administrative, economic, cultural, scientific, and tourist center of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and the second-largest city in Serbia after Belgrade. It was founded in 1694 and was, for a long time, the center of Serbian culture, often called the Serbian Athens.

One of the most important starting points for Novi Sad's tourist routes is certainly the main city square - Liberty Square, surrounded by many old buildings, the most important of which are the City Hall and the Roman Catholic Church of the Name of Mary. The streets of Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska, intersected by passages with many shops, restaurants, craft shops, museums, and galleries, are part of the always lively pedestrian zone of the central city core. Pasićeva Street, with the streets of Zlatna Greda, Grčkoškolska, Miletićeva, and Marija Trandafil Square, represents another important zone of the old core of Novi Sad, where the Cathedral of St. George, Platoneum, the building of the former Serbian Orthodox Gymnasium, Nikolajevska Church, and the Serbian Matica, among others, are located. Of course, a visit to Novi Sad cannot be complete without a visit to the Petrovaradin Fortress, one of the most significant preserved European fortifications. In addition to being a symbol of the city, it is also a witness to a multi-confessional tradition strongly based on European culture. Today, it is a space where there are about a hundred artistic studios, restaurants, cafes, museums, and galleries, and a place where the EXIT festival is held every year.
